CIC Hosts 5th Annual Alumni Iftar

Canadian International College (CIC) was honored to host its Alumni for the annual Iftar that was held on Thursday, the 9^th of August 2012. It’s undoubtedly one of the most memorable events where the graduates all got to see each other and catch up after graduation.

The Alumni gathered at 6 pm to have Iftar while enjoying the Oriental music. They also enjoyed photo shooting, Tanoora, Tawla.

The Alumni Iftar this year came with a particular edge of excitement as it coincided with a milestone for CIC, which is the graduation of the first Mass Comm class, part of CIC’s partnership with the University of Ottawa. Watching them participate in this event and celebrate their new lives along with their fellow graduates from the different schools was an amazing occasion.

This event comes as a trademark from CIC as it always motivates & encourages its Alumni to participate in various activities and interact in the important events inside & outside the Campus.

Meet The Alumni - Google Hangout

The Canadian International College invited 10 of its grads and Cape Breton University’s graduates from Toronto, Halifax, Sydney, Cairo, Jeddah and Beijing for a Google Hangout that will broadcast live to the world online at www.youtube.com/ciccairo on Saturday, July 14th at 2:00 PM Cairo Local Time.

The “Meet The Alumni” Google Hangout is an excellent opportunity for viewers to ask CIC & CBU alumni questions not only about their academic experiences on campus but also about their professional experiences at companies like Vodafone, Orange, Citco, Novartis Pharmaceuticals, EMC, TEDX.Cairo, Hewlett-Packard and Airbus followed by a discussion about industry challenges and today’s needed skill sets required to become competitive in today’s market.
